Leats ("we", "our", "the app") is built to help you improve your facial symmetry. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Leats you agree to these terms.
Leats stores all data locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. The only data that leaves your device is the photos and videos you submit, which are sent directly to Google's Gemini API for analysis and are not retained by us.
Leats allows you to submit a photo for AI-powered symmetry analysis. This photo is sent directly to Google's Gemini API for processing and is not stored on our servers. We do not retain, share, or use your face data for any purpose beyond generating your in-app analysis. Your original photo remains stored locally on your device only and can be deleted at any time by resetting your data within the app. The app does not use Apple's Vision or ARKit face tracking APIs. Face data is never shared with third parties beyond the Google Gemini API call required to generate your result, and is not retained after that call completes.

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app via Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently removes all locally stored information from your device. For data held by third-party services, please refer to their respective policies.
Leats is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
